Cox’s Bazar Sea Beach is one of the main tourist hubs of Bangladesh. It is one of the longest sea beaches in the world. Every year, an uncountable crowd gathers here to enjoy the striking view of the sunset and the nearby nature, as well as to escape their monotony. Not only do domestic visitors gather here, but also numerous foreign tourists are noteworthy. Generally, in the offseason, visitors are fewer than during the season. Kolatoli Point
Kolatoli Beach is the nearest point to the town of Cox’s Bazar. One of the most notable characteristics of this point is that transportation and accommodation are excellent. It is the entry point to the city, so almost all vehicles enter at this point, making it easily accessible. All types of hotels and resorts are located here. To enjoy the beach, the morning is the best time; fewer crowds gather in the morning compared to other times of the day. Also, the peaceful morning and fresh, breezy air help you stay cool and improve your cognitive level of mind.
Sugandha Point
Sugandha is the most popular point, and most tourists gather here. It’s a cleaner and more secure point than the others in Cox’s Bazar. There are a lot of fun activities you can enjoy,
such as bike rides and horseback riding on the beach. The Burmese market is also located here.
Laboni Point
Laboni Beach was a popular point in the past. However, now, fewer visitors come here compared to the others, making it quieter than the other beaches. If you are looking forward to spending time alone, I recommend this beach. It’s nearest to Sugandha Beach, and it takes 10–12 minutes to walk there.
Radiant Fish World
Radiant Fish World is located on Jhawtola Main Rd. You can easily go there from Sugandha Beach, with an auto reserve fare of approximately 80 to 100 taka. To enter, you need to buy a ticket, which costs 300 taka. It showcases the underwater fish world, with around 200 species of fish preserved here. It’s one of the largest aquariums in Bangladesh. If you are with your family, it’s an excellent destination in Cox’s Bazar, offering numerous pleasures to your children as well as introducing them to different underwater species.
Himchari
Himchari is located 12 kilometers away from Cox’s Bazar along the Marine Drive. The entrance fee is 30 taka. Hills and the sea are combined at this point: on the west side is the sea, and on the east side is the hill. The waterfall is the main attraction for tourists here. From the top of the hill, capturing the stunning view of the whole beach is sure to impress you.
Inani Beach
Inani Beach is almost 24 kilometers away from the main town of Cox’s Bazar along Marine Drive. One of the main features of this point is Coral Stone, which you can only find in Saint Martin. Its beauty attracts many tourists.
Season And Off-Season:
Winter is the best season, for traveling in Bangladesh. Generally, November to February are considered the peak season in Cox’s Bazar, so most visitors come during this time. Additionally, this period marks the end the beginning of the year, so offices, schools, and colleges experience less pressure compared to other times of the year, leading to an increase in visitor. Moreover, on specific days, an uncountable number of visitors come to celebrate occasions such as the 1st day of the year, February 14th, March 27th, December 16th, etc.
During the peak season and on these special days, make sure to book your hotel in advance before going there. Otherwise, you could face difficulties. In the peak season, expenses are higher than in the off-season.

Keep your essential documents with you. If you are a foreign traveler, carry your passport and other documents. If you are a domestic traveler, keep your NID (National Identity Card) or birth certificate. If you are recently married, keep a copy of your marriage registration. You might need it to book a hotel.
